David Iezzi founded this company to fulfill his interest in building quality custom homes. From the time you start looking for property and selecting your plan, to the day you receive the keys to your new custom home, David's goal as your builder is to make sure that the process of creating your new home is enjoyable, reflects your personality and fits your lifestyle.

David is committed to a "hands-on" approach to custom home building and spends much of his time on the job site supervising every aspect of the building process. The company's high rate of satisfaction is attributed to close communications and thorough follow-up with clients. Vendors and sub-contractors are selected based on their ability to consistently perform high quality work.
